From 18 to 20 June 2025, the Wind4Shipping consortium proudly participated in Wind for Goods in Saint-Nazaire, France — marking the external launch of our ambitious project to accelerate wind propulsion technologies for sustainable shipping across Europe.
A Strategic Start
The event kicked off on 18 June with an internal Steering Group Meeting, followed by a collaborative SWOT analysis session led by Antoine Grall. All project partners contributed valuable input that will help shape the strategic direction and implementation of Wind4Shipping in the coming years.
Connecting with the Maritime Community
On 19 and 20 June, the Wind4Shipping team presented the project at its stand — engaging with visitors, joining panel sessions and workshops, and exploring potential collaborations. A guided tour of innovative exhibits offered opportunities to learn from global developments in wind propulsion and maritime sustainability.
The evening of 19 June featured a vibrant networking cocktail, allowing partners, experts, and guests to connect in a relaxed and energetic setting.
